Trump can’t seem to catch a break these days. After the Manhattan District Attorney’s office’s efforts to elevate the case of his “hush payments” to Stormy Daniels from a misdemeanor to a felony, he might be facing arrest.
The former president took to his social media platform to express his displeasure with the way he’s being treated, calling on his followers to protest and take this country back from the Left’s clutches.
Kari Lake compares the persecution of Trump to political agendas of third-world countries
Echoing his words was none other than last year’s Arizona gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake. She encouraged the patriots to no longer live in fear of being suppressed and targeted by the government for their political beliefs.
It’s not him they’re after.

Eric Greitens also chimed in on the matter, speaking against the “witch hunt” against Trump and labeling it as one of many Soros-backed political persecutions targeting high-profile Republicans.
However, knowing how these calls for protest can end, Trump’s followers may not be too willing to stand up and fight for him once more. Reports have found 85% of them believe this could be a repeat of the January 6th incident.
Kevin McCarthy supported this sentiment, urging Trump’s followers not to bother protesting these weak charges against the former president, which is somewhat strange coming from him.

Protect your 1st Amendment rights
Thankfully, Kari Lake decided she won’t be silenced. She announced that she’ll be hosting a prayer in the following days, stating it would be one for this country, the state of Arizona, and the election case she’s currently facing.
In response to rumors of Trump potentially being arrested in the following couple of days, she asked everyone to use their voice and stand alongside Trump.
She took her Twitter account to spread the word, and the post was met with praise from the patriots that still believe in Trump’s leadership.

What followed was a video compilation of all of Trump’s endeavors in preserving free speech and preventing political persecution, two things the Biden administration has trampled on.
Lake added the case against Trump is actually a case against all of us. She said he’s merely an obstacle on their path to full control of our political ideologies and a future where free speech is a foreign concept.
It didn’t take long for Trump to jump on the trend himself, sharing the same video to his TruthSocial account only a couple of hours after.
