After it was revealed that SpaceX will be pulling the Starlink satellite access from Ukraine, as the project became far too expensive to fund, the White House started considering ways of punishing Musk for his actions.
The first thing the Biden administration came up with was potentially blocking the sale of Twitter to the eccentric billionaire. He announced the move months ago, all of it under the premise of his actions alluding to him having a “pro-Russia” stance.
Biden administration takes a stand against free speech on Twitter
While the idea is heavily supported by a number of tweets Musk previously made regarding his ideas for solving the Ukraine crisis, it’s contradicted by the massive amount of support he’s shown and provided to the people being invaded by Putin’s army.
If Biden unleashes the federal government to prevent Elon Musk from buying Twitter then you’ll know we’ve become China.

According to reports from the Post Millennial, the Biden administration sent over $60 billion to Ukraine, with the commitment to send tens of billions more, should the conflict extend into the winter.
The $44 billion Twitter takeover, however, might fall under review by the Committee for Foreign Investment in the US. Musk received backing from investors such as Prince Alwaleed bin Talal of Saudi Arabia and some Chinese corporations as well.
As it stands though, the blockade isn’t that much of a surprise; federal authorities began investigations into Musk’s Twitter purchase early in October this year, even though he’d previously received clearance to continue with the takeover.

A minor inconvenience
Despite the fact the Tesla and SpaceX CEO spent over $80 million out of his own pocket to maintain the satellite service to Ukraine, he’s still being scrutinized by the left, which initially went into a meltdown when he first announced he’ll be purchasing Twitter.
After a legal battle with the company that followed his later decision to pull out of the deal, Musk ultimately returned to his original intentions, closing the purchase only for it to now be thwarted by the Biden administration.
While the majority of Twitter employees and the woke mob will be happy to hear this, those who looked forward to free speech and equality on the social media platform were let down once again.

The fact still remains that Musk is likely to come out on top in this exchange; there’s very little Biden can do in regards to preventing him from purchasing the platform at this point.
At best, the takeover will be slightly delayed due to this minor inconvenience; the left should be inclined to deal with more pressing matters, rather than feeding into the baseless accusations against Elon Musk.
Although Musk announced he’ll be pulling Starlink support from Ukraine, the option of the Pentagon continuing the funding for the project still stands; this would allow him to retain his image without losing millions every month with no end in sight.
