The FBI failed to meet the deadline given to the agency by James Comer for the submission of the documents pertaining to potential criminal activity in the Biden family.
Even though the agency’s director Christopher Wray did schedule a meeting with Comer on the day after the deadline, it was later revealed the FBI doesn’t intend to show the documents for public viewing.
This is forcing Comer to go through withholding them in contempt of Congress.
FBI slowly losing the trust of the American people
Comer claimed this sort of behavior from a government agency is nothing short of obstructionist. It is downright unacceptable, especially when it’s obvious why they’re not providing the information requested from them.
I have a message for FBI Director Christopher Wray: If he misses today's deadline to turn over subpoenaed documents to Congress, I am prepared to move contempt charges against him. pic.twitter.com/D3hyW3VIpX

In fact, Comer assured even if the call with Wray were to go a different route than it did, he would’ve still chosen to protect congressional oversight authorities. He will now hold Wray in contempt for refusing to comply with the subpoena.
Chairman Comer explained both he and Senator Grassley were led to the unclassified form by several whistleblower disclosures, uncovering a bribery scheme that Biden was supposedly involved in during his time as vice president in the Obama administration.
The original subpoena was sent out on May 3rd, with a seven-day deadline, but later moved, leaving the agency with more than enough time to get all their ducks in a row before submitting the evidence.

No net Biden won’t slip through
The form itself references a sum of $5 million and the date of June 30th, 2020. This could be the amount of money the foreign national donated in order to have a certain policy approved.
Naturally, the FBI tried to buy some time by offering the Oversight Committee additional information as a form of leverage; although they would only provide it after the call between Wray and Comer.
As you can already tell, no agreement was made in the communication between the two. While the FBI is now held in contempt of Congress, the agency is still trying to spin the story back on Comer, claiming no escalation was necessary.
House Republicans are calling for the impeachment of FBI Director Christopher Wray.
As they should.
Wray is refusing to comply with House Oversight subpoenas and is running cover for the Biden Crime Syndicate.
Get rid of him.

Numerous Republican figures are now raising concerns over Biden and his family’s many shady business deals with foreign conglomerates, leaving the left shuffling around for answers.
Joe didn’t shy away from joining in on the fun either.
White House spokesman Ian Sams took to his Twitter account to attack conservatives, stating there is no evidence of any policy decisions being influenced by foreign nationals.
