In this instance, the missile had traveled nearly 1,000 miles from Yemen towards Israeli territory before it was intercepted. Boaz Levy, CEO and President of the Israel Aerospace Industries, praised the Arrow system’s performance, stating that it demonstrated Israel’s possession of the most advanced technology for defense against ballistic missiles at various ranges.
